2014 Schedule of Events

Mark your calendars for our 2014 Friends of Glen Providence Park events, including Nature Walks, three Volunteer Events, Citizen Science and our 3rd Annual Picnic! We also have regular Invasive Plant Removals, and we’re planning our Summer Afternoon Concert Series – save the dates for June 21, August 2 and September 6!

As we post details for each month, we will link to that event with information and logistics such as meeting location.  All events are free and open to the public- we hope to see you at one of our events!

And don’t forget the Great Media Easter Egg Hunt held by Media Lions & McCarrin Chiropractic- it’s the park’s longest-running event, held annually since 1954!  This year it’s Saturday, April 12 at 11:00, with a rain date of Sunday, April 13 at 1:00.
