Explore nature in Glen Providence Park through stories, art activities, and a scavenger hunt! Kids will meet at the Media-Upper Providence Free Library in Media Borough, then walk 1/2 mile through town to the park’s main entrance on West State Street. This will be led by the Library, and registration through Eventbrite is required – please see logistics below.

Logistics:

• Rain date is Sunday, August 21, 1:00-2:30pm. If the weather is questionable for Saturday morning, we will post on our website and Facebook by 6:00 Friday advising whether we will use the rain date.
• Meet at the Media-Upper Providence Free Library, 1 East Front Street, Media. The group will walk through town to Glen Providence Park – a 1/2 mile walk.
• At Glen Providence Park, be prepared for uneven, sometimes steep terrain – the park is not wheelchair accessible.
• Free!
• Intended for kids 7 and up.
