Arts in the Park: Sweetbriar Rose!
550 W State St
Media, PA 19063
For the final performance in our free and family-friendly 2018 Arts in the Park, Friends of Glen Providence Park is delighted to present Sweetbriar Rose! They’re a band of rootsy, thorny, rose-hipped gypsies who give dynamic performances of original music. They mix solid Americana tinged with Eastern European folk and jazz, whispers and shouts, foot-stomping, crooning and wailing.
Rain date Sunday, September 9
Free, family-friendly & open to the public
Bring a blanket or chair, and relax on the lawn by the historical stage for an evening concert. After the performance, head into Media for dinner and shopping, just 2 blocks away on State Street!
