Magnificent Monarchs! [email registration required] @ Glen Providence Park - main entrance
Aug 20 @ 10:30 am – 11:30 am

Registration by email is required. Limit of 12 children. Please RSVP to FriendsoftheGlen [at] gmail [dot] com.

Have you seen those beautiful orange and black colors of butterfly wings fluttering by you, perhaps taking a sip of nectar at the flowers in your garden? Would you like to learn more about these magical creatures and how magnificent they truly are? Please join Friends of Glen Providence for a story about our beloved monarchs and explore what makes them so unique. If nature works with us, we may even have a special guest!

The walk will be led by Julie Smith, a naturalist with a background in environmental geology – it is the third of four in a new Seasonal Children’s Series!
