UPDATE: Due to the probability of thunderstorms on both Saturday and Sunday, the A Cappella Pops concert has been CANCELED. We hope to reschedule it for later in the summer!
ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION:
Save the date for the second of four performances in our 2022 Arts in the Park… Nothin’ But Voice with A Cappella Pops! They’re a high-energy, mixed-voice a cappella group of 20 singers who perform music from a variety of genres, including jazz, gospel, contemporary, and show tunes.
Rain date Sunday, July 17*
Free & family-friendly
Bring a blanket or chair, and relax on the lawn by the historical stage for a late afternoon concert. After the performance, head into Media for dinner and shopping, just two blocks away on State Street!
Thank you to our concert sponsors, Seven Stones Gallery, Media Recreation Board, and West End Flats, and to Delaware County Parks & Recreation.
This summer’s Arts in the Park was made possible by funding from Program Stream, a grant initiative of the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts that is regionally administered by the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance.
*If the weather is questionable, we will post on Facebook and on our website by 2:00 Saturday whether we will use our Sunday rain date.
For full details & logistics, see our 2022 Arts in the Park announcement.
