After a day of feasting, family, or whatever Thanksgiving traditions you observe, come join us for a simple, refreshing walk to fill up on nature’s rejuvenating power. No purchase necessary! Led by Aura Lester and Holly Hoffmann. #optoutside

Geared towards families, but open to all.

Snow, drizzle, or shine

LOGISTICS:

  • Free!
  • Registration limit of 10 families (or 25 total people) — RSVP by email.
  • Meet at 11:00 at the park’s main entrance — use 550 West State Street, Media for Google Maps. Please note that parking will be limited due to road construction near the entrance — please allow extra time to find parking.
  • Estimated time 1 hour 15 minutes.
  • Be prepared for stream crossings, steep hills, and uneven (possibly icy or muddy) terrain: wear sturdy walking shoes, bring a hiking pole if you use one, and you never know when you’ll want binoculars!
  • *Rain, snow, or shine – but in the event of high winds, we will post on Facebook and our website that morning whether we will meet.

Happy Thanksgiving!
