If you have ever gone out on a winter night, there is a gentle hush that seems to lay over the trees. Occasionally, the quiet is interrupted by beautiful calls. Would you like to learn about some of our friends who are awake when we are all tucked in? Please join Friends of Glen Providence for a story about our magical owl friends and learn about signs that they live all around us.

The walk will be led by Julie Smith, a naturalist with a background in environmental geology – she led four enchanting walks last year for a Seasonal Children’s Series!

LOGISTICS:

  • Free!
  • Recommended for ages 4-8, but children of all ages are welcome (accompanied by an adult)
  • Registration limit of 12 children — registration by email is required
