I am sorry to hear that this group is dissolving, you all have done such great work in maintaining this wonderful park! I hope that the park is going into good hands, and I hope that there will still be an opportunity for programming. I was hoping that DCHS could collaborate on an event in the future, I just hope we work with a group as dedicated as yours. Glen Providence has been an important part of my life for so many years, especially growing up in Upper Providence. Thank you for your service to this park, and here’s to bright future for Glen Providence, thank you!

(my great grandfather) I also have a Victorian glass enclosed stuffed birds mentioned in the will and given to my grandmother. I have tried to find the tree without success. My grandmother gave me an arrow head which I suppose is from Issac Worrall her father. My grandmother Minerva Worrall married Allan Keith Tatum also of Media. My grandfather and great grandfather Tatum lived on 3rd street across from the borough hall.

I live in Media and walk the park frequently. I have done a ton of trail work and my family owns a farm in Ohio, so I am familiar with this type of work.
