Tree List
Here is a list of tree species in Glen Providence Park that we have identified so far while mapping trees on PhillyTreeMap. You can see the latest map showing Glen Providence Park on PhillyTreeMap, which has now been added to the larger OpenTreeMap database. Zoom in on the map and click on any individual tree for details, including its eco-benefits. You can also locate individual species on PhillyTreeMap using the “Search by Species” box, to see where that tree species is distributed within the park. Read more about our tree mapping we started in 2011… it was also our 2015 Citizen Science project!
