Bird List
This bird list includes sightings in Glen Providence Park that have been entered on eBird.org, a joint project of The Cornell Lab of Ornithology and Audubon. We added historical bird sightings that we found from 1905, 1936, and 1944, along with our own observations. We had help from bird walks led by the Birding Club of Delaware County, frequent observations during our 2012 Birding Big Year, and our participation in the Christmas Bird Count since 2011.
So we now have a Glen Providence Park Bird List – a database of birds in the park covering over 100 years! This list is a seasonal reference for what species to expect in the park – on eBird, you can view the list by year, month or season!
